You pay each week as you go. Tuition is due on Mondays.

How To Pay Online

Provide your email address to The Texas Christian Preschools to be input into the system

Log on to www.myprocare.com

Type your email address and press enter

Check your inbox for the 6 digit code myprocare sent
-
Log back on to www.myprocare.com or click the link in your email
-
Enter the 6 digit code and select a password.
-
You are now set up to view payment history and make payments!
How To Pay at A Center

Provide your email address to the staff to input into the system

At the Check-In computer select START HERE

Place your finger on the finger print reader

Once your account loads select the “Accounting / Payment” Icon
-
At the payment screen you can change the amount if needed by selecting the “EDIT” button

If the amount is correct, swipe your credit / debit card through the card reader

Your information will auto populate after the card is swiped

Select the “PROCESS” button and a receipt will automatically be emailed to you

Select “finish” and your payment is complete!
Tuition Assistance
Tuition assistance is available to qualifying families through The Texas Workforce Commission Cameron (956)546-4131. For more information click here. To apply online Click Here.
Fee Notices
Tuition is due Mondays. There is a grace period that extends to Wednesday. After Wednesday a $25 late fee is added to the account.
A 5$ late fee is added to daily tuition accounts not paid the day of services.

Monday - Friday 6:30am - 7:00pm; Closed Saturday
Meal Times:
We serve Breakfast (8am-9am) Lunch (11:30am-12pm) Dinner (5pm-5:30pm) Afternoon Snack (2:45pm) & Evening Snack (7pm). We participate in the USDA Federal Food Program. All meals are prepared to government nutritional guidelines.
School Closings & Delays
We Close 9 business days out of the year.

Our centers are closed 9 days out of the year to help us celebrate holidays with our families and to provide inservice training to our staff. Our Holidays are: Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, 4th of July.
